Terms & Conditions
Last Updated:Â September 18, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, communications, and services offered by Vellora Credit Group LLC ("Vellora Credit Group," "Vellora," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting information, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid services. By using the website or services, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and that you satisfy these requirements.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
-
Your access to and use of our website;
-
Forms, educational content, tools, and other website features;
-
Inquiries, free credit reviews, and communications with Vellora;
-
Services offered by Vellora; and
-
Telephone calls, emails, and text messages between you and Vellora.

Paid services may require a separate written client agreement, disclosures, authorization forms, and notices. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to the paid services, except that no agreement will waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. Nature of Vellora's Services
Vellora provides credit education, credit-report review, document preparation, dispute assistance, and related consumer credit services as described in the applicable service agreement.

The precise services, fees, billing schedule, estimated timeframes, cancellation rights, and each party's responsibilities will be stated in the applicable client agreement and legally required disclosures. Website descriptions are general summaries and are not a substitute for the client agreement.

Vellora is not a credit bureau, lender, creditor, debt collector, bank, credit-monitoring bureau, or government agency. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Vellora does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial-planning advice.

4. No Guarantee of Results
Credit outcomes depend on many circumstances outside Vellora's control, including the contents of your credit files, the accuracy and age of reported information, responses from credit bureaus and furnishers, your financial conduct, scoring models, and decisions made by lenders or other third parties.

Vellora does not guarantee:
-
A particular credit score or score increase;
-
Removal, deletion, suppression, or modification of any specific account or item;
-
Approval for credit, housing, employment, insurance, financing, or any other product;
-
Any particular interest rate, credit limit, or lending term; or
-
Completion of a process or a particular result within a specific time.

Testimonials, reviews, examples, case studies, and prior results describe individual experiences. They are not promises or representations that another person will obtain the same or similar outcome.

Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable. You must not submit or direct Vellora to submit information you know is false, misleading, or fraudulent.

5. Consumer Rights and Required Service Documents
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit reports directly with consumer reporting agencies without paying a third party. You may also obtain credit reports through sources authorized by law.

When required, Vellora will provide a written service agreement and applicable consumer disclosures before performing paid services. Any statutory right to cancel, including any applicable right to cancel a credit-repair contract without charge within three business days, remains fully preserved. The method and deadline for cancellation will be stated in the applicable agreement and cancellation notice.

Fees, payment timing, and billing practices are governed by the client agreement and applicable federal and state law. Vellora will not request or receive payment at a time or in a manner prohibited by applicable law. Additional restrictions may apply when a transaction results from telemarketing.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
-
Provide complete, current, and accurate information;
-
Review documents and communications provided to you;
-
Notify Vellora promptly if your information changes or you discover an error;
-
Provide requested documents and authorizations in a timely manner;
-
Maintain the security of any credentials associated with third-party platforms;
-
Review correspondence and results from credit bureaus, furnishers, creditors, and other parties;
-
Continue meeting your financial obligations unless you have a lawful, written basis for doing otherwise; and
-
Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions, accounts, debts, applications, and communications with lenders, creditors, collectors, consumer reporting agencies, and other third parties.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
-
Provide information or documents that are false, altered, misleading, stolen, or fraudulent;
-
Misrepresent identity theft or claim that an account is unauthorized when you know it is yours;
-
Use another person's information without lawful authorization;
-
Attempt to obtain removal of accurate information through deception;
-
Interfere with the website, its security, or its operation;
-
Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
-
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit website content except as permitted by law;
-
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
-
Use the website or services to violate any law or the rights of another person; or
-
Assist another person in engaging in prohibited conduct.
-

Vellora may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms, a client agreement, or applicable law has been violated.

8. Free Credit Reviews and Website Forms
A free credit review or website inquiry is preliminary and does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into a paid service agreement. Vellora may decline an inquiry or determine that its services are not appropriate for a particular individual.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification documents, or complete credit reports through a general website contact form unless Vellora expressly provides a secure method for that purpose.

9. Third-Party Services
Vellora may provide links or access to independent services such as SmartCredit, MyFreeScore, payment processors, consumer reporting agencies, or other providers. A third party may require you to accept its own terms and privacy policy and may charge separate fees.

Third-party services are operated independently. Vellora does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, scoring models, fees, decisions, or performance. A link or reference does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every aspect of the third-party service.

10. Payments, Billing, and Authorization
Prices, payment schedules, methods of payment, recurring-payment terms, and cancellation or refund provisions for paid services will be disclosed in the applicable client agreement or payment authorization.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. You authorize payments only as specifically stated in the applicable agreement and payment authorization. You must promptly notify Vellora of billing errors or changes to your payment information.

If recurring payments are used, the authorization and methods for stopping future payments will be separately disclosed. Ending a payment authorization does not by itself cancel an underlying service agreement or eliminate amounts lawfully earned and due, and canceling services does not automatically revoke a separate payment authorization unless applicable law or the relevant authorization provides otherwise.

11. Telephone Calls, Emails, and Text Messages
When you provide contact information and ask us to contact you, Vellora may communicate with you about your inquiry, account, appointments, or services by telephone, email, or text message.

If you separately consent to marketing calls or text messages, your consent applies only as described in the disclosure presented when consent is obtained. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or emailing info@velloracreditgroup.com. You may request that marketing calls stop by telling the caller or contacting us at that email address. We may send a final confirmation of an opt-out request.

Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent non-marketing communications that are reasonably necessary to provide requested services, confirm transactions, respond to you, or address security or legal matters. You agree to provide accurate contact information and notify us if a telephone number or email address is reassigned or no longer belongs to you.

12. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, and other records electronically when you separately agree to electronic delivery or conduct a transaction electronically. Electronic signatures and records may have the same legal effect as paper signatures and records.

You are responsible for maintaining access to a device, internet connection, current browser, and software capable of displaying and retaining electronic records. Any legally required consent to electronic records, including your right to withdraw that consent, will be provided separately when applicable.

13. Educational Content and Disclaimer
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Credit laws, reporting standards, scoring models, lender policies, and individual circumstances change and vary. Content may not be complete, current, or applicable to your situation.

You should consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding legal, tax, accounting, or financial questions. Your use of educational content does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, lender-borrower, or financial-advisory relationship.

14. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, design, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, arrangement, and other content are owned by Vellora or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Vellora grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the website for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Vellora Credit Group, the Vellora name, logos, taglines, and related branding may not be used without prior written authorization.

15. User Communications and Feedback
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant Vellora a limited right to use, reproduce, transmit, store, and process submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, operate the business, comply with law, and enforce agreements, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily submit an idea, suggestion, or general feedback that does not contain confidential personal information, Vellora may use it without restriction or compensation.

16. Website Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website feature at any time. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, and events outside our control may affect availability.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." VELLORA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT.
This section does not disclaim an express obligation stated in a signed client agreement and does not limit a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELLORA AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM GENERAL WEBSITE USE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

For claims arising solely from use of the free public website and not from a paid client agreement, Vellora's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid specifically to access the website during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Limitations applicable to paid services, if any, will be stated in the client agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or restricts a statutory right or remedy where exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.

19. Indemnification for Misuse
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vellora and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your fraudulent or unlawful conduct, your intentional misuse of the website or services, or your material violation of these Terms.

This section does not require you to indemnify Vellora for Vellora's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of duty where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

20. Governing Law and Utah Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies or the law of your state provides nonwaivable consumer protections.

Any lawsuit arising from these Terms, the website, or services that is not governed by a different enforceable provision in a signed client agreement must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Utah County, Utah. You and Vellora consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This venue provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court and does not apply where applicable law prohibits the selected forum or requires a different forum.

21. Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. Ending paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement and mandatory law.

Vellora may restrict or terminate website access for unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, nonpayment of lawfully due amounts, material breach of these Terms or a client agreement, or misuse of the services. Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations lawfully incurred, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and obligations relating to fraud or misuse.

22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with the applicable client agreement and law. Continued use of the public website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.

23. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified only as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

24. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Vellora's written consent. Vellora may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law and any rights provided in a client agreement.

25. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement governing general website use and communications. A signed client agreement, required disclosures, payment authorization, and other executed service documents constitute the agreement governing paid services and supplement these Terms.
